Refund policy

The UNICSKIN US online store (the “Site”) is operated by Cosmetics & Co USA Inc, a Florida corporation with its principal place of business at 2200 N Commerce Pkwy, Weston, FL 33326, United States. Cosmetics & Co USA Inc is the exclusive authorized distributor of UNICSKIN products in the United States. Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cosmetics & Co USA Inc.

1. Scope of This Policy This Warranty & Return Policy applies to all UNICSKIN products purchased in the United States directly from the Site or from an authorized retailer or marketplace of Cosmetics & Co USA Inc (including ULTA Beauty Marketplace). This warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, second-hand products, or products purchased outside the United States.

2. One (1) Year Limited Warranty — Beauty Devices Cosmetics & Co USA Inc warrants that UNICSKIN Techno Beauty devices (including, without limitation, UNICLED masks and helmets, UNICTECH devices, UNICTHERMO SONIC, UNICLED WHITE SMILE and UNICTECH BODY SLIM devices) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

If a covered defect arises during the Warranty Period and a valid claim is received, Cosmetics & Co USA Inc will, at its sole option: (a) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, (b) replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value, or (c) refund the original purchase price. A replaced or repaired product is warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.

2.1 What Is Not Covered • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration) that does not affect functionality; • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact beyond the product's intended use, fire, or other external causes; • Damage caused by operating the product outside the instructions in the user manual, or with incompatible accessories, chargers, or voltage; • Products that have been modified, opened, or repaired by anyone not authorized by Cosmetics & Co USA Inc or UNICSKIN S.L.; • Consumable components and topical products used with devices (conductive gels, ampoules, serums, masks, patches, whitening gels), unless defective on arrival; • Products with a removed, altered, or illegible serial number; • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or without valid proof of purchase.

2.2 How to Make a Warranty Claim To make a claim, contact us at customerservice@cosmeticsandcous.com within the Warranty Period. Please include: (i) your order number or dated proof of purchase, (ii) the product name and serial number (if applicable), and (iii) a description and, where possible, photos or video of the defect. Our team will confirm eligibility and

provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.

3. Skincare, Haircare & Body Products UNICSKIN topical cosmetic products (Dermo, DR+ TWENTY SKIN, Flash Beauty, Haircare, Body Line and Kits) are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects and to arrive in proper condition. If a product arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise defective, notify us at customerservice@cosmeticsandcous.com within seven (7) days of delivery and we will replace it or refund your purchase at no cost to you.

4. 30-Day Return Policy We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You may return eligible products within thirty (30) days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the conditions below:

• Topical cosmetic products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging (for hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetics are not returnable unless defective); • Devices must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included, in like-new condition; • Kits and sets must be returned complete; • Gift cards, free promotional items, and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.

4.1 Return Process & Refunds To start a return, email customerservice@cosmeticsandcous.com with your order number. Once your return is authorized, ship the product to the address provided. Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions of this policy or to apply a restocking deduction for items not returned in like-new condition.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL COSMETICS & CO USA INC BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, ANY UNICSKIN PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
