Shipping policy
TERMS AND SHIPPING COSTS
Deliveries within mainland Spain take 48/72 hours. All orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
Please note that shipments to non-EU countries may be subject to import duties in your country. We are unable to calculate the specific duties that buyers will have to pay in each country.
DELIVERY
At UNICSKIN SL, we will do our best to ship orders the next business day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after the order is placed.
Delivery times to EU countries are 2-3 business days, and 15 business days for deliveries to non-EU countries.
ORDERS
To place an order, you must:
(a) complete and submit the order online through our website by adding a product to your digital shopping cart.
(b) enter all the necessary information for delivery and billing, including your relevant card details.
UNICSKIN SL reserves the right to refuse any order. In such a case, we will notify you as soon as possible, providing the reasons for the refusal, and will refund your payment in full.
Once we have accepted your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. From this moment, these Terms and Conditions of Purchase will be binding on you and UNICSKIN SL. You will be informed of the status of your order by email. If you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve any issues that may arise.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Only products purchased through the UNICSKIN SL website can be returned to UNICSKIN SL for exchange or refund. Products purchased through other channels (stores, department stores, etc.) must be returned to the original point of purchase.
If you make a mistake when placing your online order, we will gladly exchange it for the product you intended and refund or charge you the price difference. The product packaging must be intact and in its original condition. You will be responsible for the shipping costs and arrangements. Please email us at customerservices@unicskin.com if you have made such an error.
If a product is damaged during shipping, UNICSKIN SL will provide an exchange or a full refund. Return shipping costs will be covered by UNICSKIN SL if the Products were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. A refund will be issued via the original payment method. If possible, please attach a photograph via email to facilitate the claims process.
In all cases, an original proof of purchase must be provided, and the Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase for UNICSKIN SL to process any refund or exchange. Please email customerservices@unicskin.com in advance indicating your intention to exchange or return a Product so our staff can assist you in making the transaction as smooth as possible. Please keep your postal receipt until you have confirmed that the package has arrived correctly at our company. We may need to verify it if we do not receive the package.
We will do everything in our power to process returns within 20 days of receipt and the refund payment will be issued through the payment method used when placing the order.
